About Us

Kauma d.o.o. has been operating since 2014 and is primarily engaged in the hospitality industry. NU Pizzeria, located in Središće in Novi Zagreb, operates as part of the company.

NU Pizzeria is known for its very thin and crispy pizzas, in a style most similar to pizza romana. The pizzeria has gained a large number of regular guests, and its quality and distinctive approach to pizza preparation have also been recognised by Dobra hrana magazine, which recommended it to lovers of thin pizzas with crispy crusts.

We are looking to add an experienced and independent pizza chef to our team who is familiar with every stage of the process – from preparing and making the dough to baking and finishing the pizzas.

Job Description:

·        Independently preparing pizzas through all stages of the process

·        Preparing and making the dough

·        Baking and finishing pizzas

·        Maintaining the prescribed hygiene standards in the kitchen

Requirements:

·        At least 3 years of experience working as a pizza chef

·        Preferably 5 or more years of experience

·        Ability to work independently through all stages of pizza preparation

·        Knowledge and maintenance of hygiene standards in the kitchen

·        Culinary education is an advantage but not a requirement

Working Hours:

·        7-hour shifts

·        Six working days per week with one day off

·        Staff working hours are organised between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

·        The pizzeria’s opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

We Offer:

·        EUR 1,600–2,000 net, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills

·        A permanent employment contract with a probationary period

·        Reimbursement of transportation costs

·        A hot meal provided

·        24 days of annual leave
